Jacques Rudolph combines life as a top professional cricketer with being a full-time Dad and family man. After playing international cricket for South Africa, he now bases himself in Cardiff, captaining Glamorgan and utilising his BMW around the city.
Hi Jacques, how are you – just a couple of questions about your experience with Sytner BMW in Cardiff if that’s okay. What is the thing you like most about the car provided by Sytner Cardiff?
I’m good thanks. My first BMW in Cardiff was an X3 – we have always been BMW fans and with this new edition to the family, it is good to know that our son is safe and secure in our X3.
How long have you been driving? Are you a car fan in general?
My first car was a Toyota Rav4 and now I’ve got the X3 in Cardiff. I’ve been driving for the last 17 years now. I love driving. There’s nothing like a good road trip, especially in Southern Africa.
What are you thoughts on the support given by the team at Sytner Cardiff?
Their support is great. It’s good to have a car of such quality, that I know we can rely on. I often need it to ferry my son around, or to give my teammates a lift to training – so having that back-up support is crucial.
How have you enjoyed living with the X3?
The navigation system and the sun roof are my personal favourite features. But there’s loads more stuff to like about the X3.
What would be your dream car from the BMW range?
The new BMWi8 sports car looks pretty cool – you just can’t beat a sports car, so I guess one day I wouldn’t mind driving that one if somebody gave me the chance.
