Commercial Team - HOSPITALITY SALES EXECUTIVE
- Permanent, full time role
- Based at Glamorgan County Cricket Club, SWALEC Stadium, Cardiff, CF11 9XR
- Basic salary £24k per annum OTE £35k
Role
The Hospitality Sales Executive is responsible for hospitality sales at all domestic and international matches at the SWALEC Stadium. This is a sales role and the successful applicant will proactively win and develop new business at Glamorgan domestic matches and England International matches held at the SWALEC Stadium including next year's 1st Ashes Test (8th-12th July 2015).
Requirements
The successful applicant will:
- Have a successful and proven background in proactive new business sales
- Will be confident and proficient in business to business cold calling.
- Will be self-motivated and target driven.
- Will have a proven background of exceeding KPI's and financial targets.
- Present a professional, smart and confident image to clients.
- Be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Be literate and able to produce accurate and well phrased communications
- Have a strong grasp of figures and be able to provide accurate sales reports.
- Will demonstrate strong presentation skills.
Desirable
- Ideally the successful applicant will:
- Have a background in selling sports hospitality
- Will have a background in business to business sales within the Cardiff/South Wales area.
- Have an appreciation and understanding of cricket
