Glamorgan Men release a 14-member squad for the game against Kent in the Rothesay County Championship at the Spitfire Ground starting Friday 9 May.
After a close contest against Derbyshire at Sophia Gardens last week, Glamorgan head to Canterbury to face Kent in the fifth round of fixtures for the Welsh county. After Andy Gorvin and Ben Kellaway's 5-wicket-hauls brought Glamorgan ever-so-close to a win, the Welsh outfit travel to Kent, who suffered a loss against Middlesex at Lord's. While Marnus Labuschagne joins Glamorgan ahead of next week's home game against Northamptonshire, James Harris and Mason Crane pass their fitness tests and join the squad. Will Smale also got a late call-up into the squad after scoring a hundred for the second team against Lancashire 2nd XI at Liverpool CC.

Injuries
James Harris and Mason Crane have now completed return to play rehabs and are fully available for selection. Callum Nicholls has returned to play following his back spasm, has played in the second XI game this week. Dan Douthwaite is progressing well, aiming for t20 second XI games as return to play, started bowling this week
