Museum talks - recordings now online!

20 Nov 2020 | Cricket

Recordings of the popular Museum Talks held over the winter months are now online, starting with David Hemp’s fascinating talk via ZOOM on 12 November, live from Lahore.

Who was David’s batting hero? What was it like as a young player appearing for Glamorgan alongside Viv Richards? What was Glamorgan’s secret for success in one-day cricket during 2002 and 2004? Could David have played for Bermuda earlier in his career, and who might be the next country to be promoted from the ICC’s Associate Nations?

Answers to all of these questions, plus many more were given during his honest and heart-warming reflections about his playing days with Glamorgan and Warwickshire, his coaching duties in Australia and his new role in Pakistan cricket.
