South African international Wayne Parnell has been named in a 13-man Glamorgan squad for tomorrow's NatWest T20 clash with Hampshire at the SWALEC Stadium (6.30pm).
Head Coach Toby Radford includes Ben Wright and Parnell in the squad with David Lloyd again missing out through injury.
Following the record-breaking victory in the opening NatWest T20 Blast match against Surrey at The Kia Oval, Glamorgan are now aiming to bounce back to winning ways after last week's defeat at the hands of Essex Eagles.
We had a great start at the Oval in the opening round and last week we just didn't bat as well as we can, said Radford.
Tomorrow is about playing to the best of our ability against a very good side.
Hampshire have plenty of good batters in their line-up, but it is great that we have Wayne available for selection and hopefully we can have a good following behind us and put in a performance to match.
Ahead of the clash with the South Coast side, Craig Meschede confirmed the Welsh county was ready to atone for last week's defeat with an improved performance against a fancied Hampshire side set to include Australian seamer Jackson Bird for a debut appearance.
Preparations are going well, said Craig Meschede.
We all know Hampshire are strong in this format and have done really well in the past, but the boys minds are switched on.
Their top four, including James Vince and Michael Carberry, are always danger men in this format. They are both really good cricketers and they have played at the highest level so they are the two key men for me. If we can get them early the pressure will really be on.
