Glamorgan Head Coach Toby Radford has named a 12-man squad for their visit to Sussex Sharks on Friday night, as they look to continue their impressive form across all formats this season.
The Welsh county's squad includes Dean Cosker who acted as twelfth man for England on day 2 of the 1st Ashes Test in Cardiff today, along with England under 19s batsman Aneurin Donald who is included as cover for Chris Cooke who remains absent for family reasons, whilst Mark Wallace is available for selection after completing the four-day game versus Derbyshire despite suffering a dislocated thumb at Chesterfield.
Coach Toby Radford wants his team to push on from the momentum gained by NatWest T20 Blast wins at Southampton and Taunton, as the Welsh county hope to secure a quarter-final qualification berth.
We've tended to play better away than at home in T20 so far this season, said Radford, So we're looking forward to the game at Hove off the back of two good wins on the road against Somerset and Hampshire.
There's good memories of Hove from last season following the 50-over game we played last year, where Jacques Rudolph played the innings of the year to help us win the match.
And Radford is readying his side for a momentous few weeks, as the business end of the season looms large.
He added: We've been on the road for a few games now, but these are important games now in both formats and we want to qualify for the quarter finals so we're all revved up for it.
