Glamorgan 2nd XI commence their campaign in the Second Eleven Trophy this week with an away game on Tuesday against Somerset followed the next day by a home match against the MCC Young Cricketers at Sudbrook CC. Each game starts at 11am.
Tuesday, 23rd April sees Glamorgan 2nd XI in action in the 50 overs competition against their counterparts from Somerset at Taunton Vale, whilst on Wednesday, 24th April the Welsh county host the MCC Young Cricketers at Sudbrook CC.
This will be Glamorgan’s first-ever match at the Deepweir ground (seen above), off Mill Lane in Caldicot which, in recent years, has also hosted some of Cardiff MCCU’s home games, as well as matches staged by the Wales Women’s team.
