Somerset without Overton for rest of season

Somerset will be without Jamie Overton for the two upcoming fixtures against Glamorgan after he was ruled out for the rest of the season due to a lower back injury.

Glamorgan face Somerset in their final NatWest T20 Blast home group game on Friday at The SSE SWALEC, before travelling to Taunton for a 50-over match against their West country rivals.

OVerton, 22, was forced to leave the field midway through an over during the Specsavers County Championship match against Middlesex last week and scans have revealed that Jamie has suffered a stress fracture of the back.

Tickets are still available for Friday night's clash in Cardiff priced £15 for adults in advance. CLICK HERE to secure your seat
