Spectator Guide: ICC Champions Trophy Semi-Final

Excitement is building with the first ICC Champions Trophy semi final in Cardiff today, with England taking on Pakistan. Read on for all you need to know in the build up to this clash and our top tips.

We're delighted to be hosting the ICC Champions Trophy and we very much look forward to welcoming you throughout the tournament. Our spectators and guests are the focus of what we do as our warm Welsh welcome is extended to all to deliver a truly unforgettable match day experience.

Cardiff hosts three group games and a Semi-Final and gates for each game will open at 8.30am. The toss will take place at 10am before the first ball is bowled at 10.30am.We recommend that you arrive early and allow plenty of time to pass through security.

PARKING AT CARDIFF WALES STADIUM

Please note public car parking is not available in the vicinity of the stadium, we recommend taking advantage of the park and ride service.

Park and Ride

Cardiff Wales Stadium operates a park and ride service from Cardiff City Stadium (CF11 8AZ) to the drop off point at Sophia Close, at a cost of £10 per car. The first bus departs Cardiff City Stadium at 0800 with the last bus departing the Cardiff Wales Stadium 1 hour after close of play

Spectators are reminded that recording match footage for online transmission is a breach of the ticket terms and conditions.

Food & Drink

There is a wide range of food and drink available around the ground with options to suit all tastes. This includes Halal, vegetarian, healthy options and family friendly menus. Visitors with special dietary requirements are advised to bring what they need to eat throughout the day.

New Stadium WiFi

Working with the ECB and The Cloud, The Cardiff Wales Stadium has installed a state of the art free Wi-Fi available for all spectators in 2017. 

To connect, search for Wi-Fi networks and select 

"_The Cloud". Upon connection, login using your existing Cloud account or complete a registration form.

Refund Policy

If play is restricted or does not take place at the Venue on the day for which a Ticket is valid, including any Reserve Day, the Ticket purchaser may claim a refund of the original sale price of that ticket (minus the specified transaction fee) subject to there being: (A) 15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the Match – a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or complete of the Match – a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
