STAT ATTACK - Chris Cooke scores the 1000th first-class hundred for Glamorgan

Chris Cooke scored the 1000^th first-class hundred in Glamorgan’s history during the third day of the Welsh county’s Vitality Championship match against Derbyshire at Sophia Gardens (writes Andrew Hignell)

The first was scored in 1921 by Cardiff policeman Billy Spiller, against Northamptonshire at Northampton and the list below shows the other landmark innings in the journey towards the 1,000-mark.
