Glamorgan return to St Helen’s on Tuesday, 11th June for a Specsavers County Championship match against Derbyshire in the 2019 Swansea Cricket Festival, sponsored by Peter Lynn and Partners.
This is a repeat of last year’s fixture at Swansea where Glamorgan almost secured a dramatic victory on the final day before both teams had to settle for nail-biting draw.

By car - Travelling from South Wales
You will need to exit the M4 at Junction 42 and follow the A483 to the traffic lights where you will then join the A4067 signposted GOWER. Follow the A4067 for approximately 2 miles and the St. Helen's ground is on your right hand side.

By bus
There are bus stops at various junctures along the Oystermouth Road with a short walk to the ground once you get off at the stop.

Specsavers County Championship match prices per day:
Adults - £15
Students £10 (on production of a valid NUS card)
Under 17s – Free
Any pre-paid ticket collections will be from Gate 5 (Oystermouth Road)
Match-Day Car Parking
Public car parking is available on the Recreation Ground priced at approximately £3 per car per day (directions below)
- Leave M4 motorway at junction 42
- Follow A483 to traffic lights and join A4067 signposted Gower
- Follow A4067 for approx 2 miles
- Passing St Helen's Rugby ground on the right at the lights and turn right into Brynmill Lane
- At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (turn back on yourself) back towards the lights
- Turn left at the traffic lights and the recreation ground is less than 100 m on the left hand side
- Please pay the attendant and display the ticket in your car
Disabled Car Parking
There is a limited amount of disabled parking near the ground. Please contact Reception at Glamorgan County Cricket Club on 02920 409 380 if you require a space.
Ground Regulations
Glamorgan County Cricket Club and ECB Ground Regulations will apply for both matches and please be aware that all spectators will be searched on entry to the ground. These can be found HERE.
Food and Drink
Food and drink will be readily available within the ground and we would encourage spectators to visit the historic ‘Fred’s Bar’, managed by members of the St Helen's Balconiers
Dogs
The Swansea Council policy is that no animals other than Guide dogs are permitted in to the St. Helen's ground
Seating
Swansea Council has a large number of seats for both matches which will be available to use inside the Ground upon arrival. You are also welcome to bring your own seats.
