World-ranked darts professionals Simon Whitlock, Mark Webster, Devon Peterson and Vincent van der Voort will contest the Foster\'s Professional Darts Masters at The SSE SWALEC on Wednesday 13 July.
Tickets go on general sale on Thursday with Welsh hope Webster, currently ranked 24 in the world, hoping to emerge victorious in front of his home crowd.
Whitlock, the world number 18 nicknamed The Wizard Of Oz, poses the biggest threat to Webster with Dutchman van der Voort and South African Peterson also enjoying success on the global scene.
"We're delighted to have secured some of the world's best darts players to play in what we hope will become a regular event for Cardiff to embrace," said Hugh Morris, Glamorgan chief executive.
"Our indoor cricket centre will be transformed into a 600-capacity arena and darts fans can expect the lights, sounds, screens and drinks service that have transformed professional darts into a major spectator sport.
Bobby George completes the competitive line-up with Glamorgan cricketers Jacques Rudolph, Graham Wagg, Tim van der Gugten and David Lloyd set to play exhibition darts on the undercard.
Tickets are priced at £25 for standard tickets or £59 for VIP tickets to include premium seating, pre-event snacks, event programme and the opportunity to meet the players.
Doors open for the Foster's Pro Darts Masters, at 5.30pm for VIPs to meet players between 6-7pm, with general admission opening from 7pm and the main event starting at 7.30pm.
