Timm van der Gugten received his Glamorgan cap this morning before the start of play on the second day of the county’s Specsavers County Championship match against Northamptonshire at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff
Earlier this season, the Dutchman claimed career-best figures of 7/42 for the county in the match against Kent whilst yesterday during his spell of 4 wickets for 2 runs in a dozen balls against Northants, Timm claimed his 100th Championship wicket for Glamorgan as Seeku Prasanna was caught at mid-on by substitute fielder Lukas Carey.
Timm received his cap from Glamorgan Chief Executive Hugh Morris.
