Tickets are still available for the second in the series of popular winter talks in the CC4 Museum of Welsh Cricket at The SSE SWALEC on Wednesday, October 19th starting at 7.30pm with former first-class umpire and county cricketer Graham Burgess as the guest speaker.

“An Evening with Graham Burgess” will see the former Somerset cricketer reflect on his career as an all-rounder, including the match in 1976 at Sophia Gardens when the West Country team arrived in Cardiff for the final Sunday League game of the summer needing one further victory to clinch their first piece of silverware.

Graham will also be talking about his career as a first-class umpire, as well as in more recent years as cricket coach at Monmouth School and his work with age-group teams for Cricket Wales.

Tickets for the evening cost £3 in advance for current Glamorgan members or £4 on the door on the night. For non-members, it’s £4 in advance or £5 on the door (Price includes complimentary tea and coffee).  Tickets can be purchased either:
